Thefts From Vehicles Hit Fairways at Brookside

Another round of vehicle thefts reported in Lower Macungie last month.

Thefts from vehicles -- even one from a locked vehicle -- again have hit the East Penn area, this time on two streets at Fairways at Brookside, police say.

A thief or thieves entered unlocked vehicles as well as forcibly broke into another vehicle on the 2900 block of Aronimink Place and the 2800 block of Whitemarsh Place, both in Lower Macungie, a state police fax says.

The thefts occurred between 9p.m. Dec. 19 and 4 a.m. Dec. 20, the fax says.

Anyone with information is asked to call Trooper Anthony Milkovits of state police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
