Phone Threats Traced to NY Woman, Troopers Say

Access device fraud: Reported by Katlyn Elise Molinaro of 5720 Springhaven Lane on Jan. 24; someone used her debit card at Walmart.com to buy $97.40 in merchandise, police said.

Charged: Diane Marie Kressley of New Tripoli; at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 12 with retail theft and receiving stolen property after trying to leave Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, without paying for $180.92 in merchandise, police said.

Theft from motor vehicle: Reported by Jason Schutz of Macungie; truck bed cover stolen from vehicle between 5:30 and 6:40 p.m. Feb. 13 at 6268 Hamilton Blvd., police said; no value given.

Charged: Nitzo Coraly Norales Velazquez, 19, of Allentown; at 3:48 p.m. Feb. 9 with retail theft after trying to return from money an it that she had not paid for from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, police said.

Charged: Kimberly Decker, 47, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; made terroristic threats by telephone at 5 p.m. Feb. 14 against Jeannine Marie Green, 36, of 4786 Somerset Lane, police said.

Charged: Unnamed man and woman at 3421 Butler Lane; both involved in argument that became a physical altercation at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 14 at the residence, police said; both cited for harassment and charges filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie Township.
