Ikeia J. White, Ashlee Elizabeth Massey and Joseph Smith— all of 413 Turner St. —were charged with burglary for their alleged roles in the Maplewood Lane and Hedgerow Drive incidents.
In one of them, the trio allegedly forced their way through a back door, taking an Apple Macbook computer, iPod nano, along with other items. The laptop's owner used an Apple application to track his computer to the area near the Turner Street address, court papers say.
In the other break-in, White, Massey and Smith allegedly forced their way inside through a rear window, according to the police affidavit. An ATM card was among the items taken, and police were led to White, Massey and Smith when the stolen card was used at an ATM machine at a Sunoco Gas Station on Hamilton Boulevard, the court records say.
A search warrant for the Turner Street residence was obtained, court papers say, and the Apple Macbook, debit card and other stolen items were found. White was interviewed by police at that time and admitted her role in the break-ins, and she told police that Smith and Massey were involved, the court records say.
All three were arraigned by District Judge Donna J. Butler,of Emmaus and committed to Lehigh County Prison on $100,000 bail each.
