One female is charged with harassment after dispute at Wescosville home, troopers report.

A recent war of words took flight when one woman threw a cell phone that hit another inside a Lower Macungie Township home, according to police.

Cheryl Ann Slingland, 45, of Wescosville and Tammy Lynn Schuler, 39, of an Allentown address engaged in a dispute at 9:57 p.m. Nov. 18 at 724 Krocks Court, according to state police at Fogelsville. Schuler responded by tossing a cell phone at Slingland, striking the victim in her wrist.

The action caused minor swelling, police said.

Slingland was charged with harassment, police said. Charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie Township.

The way people can't live without their cell phones...why would someone use this precious thing as a weapon? Someone explain this to me.

Truly, I've found schizophrenic women around Krocks RD. over last year. Cold & vicious toward anyone they don't like. Guys, beware.
