LMT Appeal hearing regarding the Jaindl Tract

Friends for Protection LMT, Neighbor

Important hearing this Thursday, the 14th, at the Lower Macungie Municipal Building on Brookside Road, on the second floor in the Board Room.  The hearing will start at 6:30. PM.

Testimony will be given by experts on the history of the Ag. Protection Ordinance up to the point of it's 2009 overturn.

Please come out and bring your friends and neighbors.  There will be time for public comment at the end of the evening, and the press will be in attendance as well.
