Macungie Borough Named MVP

The Borough of Macungie has been named Most Valuable Participant by the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs.

Each year the Pennsylvania State Association of Borough’s recognizes one Borough that participates in at least five PSAB programs as the Most Valuable Participant (MVP) Borough. For the 17th Anniversary of the MVP Program, PSAB has chosen Macungie Borough as the 2013 Most Valuable Participant. 

Macungie Borough participates in eight PSAB programs.  PSAB offers 15 insurance, employee benefit and service programs to member Boroughs to assist them in administering their daily affairs and in meeting the needs of their residents and communities.

Jeffrey Heishman, Deputy Executive Vice President of PSAP, presented Macungie Borough Council President Becker with MVP Award on Monday, June 3, 2013, at the regular Council meeting.
