Two Lower Macungie boy scouts were honored for service to the community performed as part of their Eagle Scout projects.
The township board of commissioners presented a proclamation to Kevin Weber for landscaping the area around the flagpole at the Lower Macungie Township Community Center's memorial garden.
Additionally, Theodor Swanson was recognized for installing the bench and paver walkway, inscribed with names of firefighters, at the Brandywine fire station.
