Take Our Poll: Should Linn Walker Resign from Macungie Council?

Council Member Linn Walker said he would resign after he was cited for open lewdness Saturday, but has not.

Macungie Council member Linn Walker was recently for public urination after an incident that occurred Aug. 3.

The occurrence was witnessed by a Macungie Police officer and by Walker's neighbors, including at least one child.

After the incident, Walker told Patch that he would resign from council saying, "It's time to step down and get out of the spotlight."

However, , nor has he submitted a letter of resignation.

Wednesday he said he will not comment further on the advice of his attorney, and so did not say if he has changed his mind, or if so, why.
