Lower Macungie's Zoning Hearing Board decided this week to dismiss a challenge to zoning changes that would allow David Jaindl's proposed development to proceed.
The Lower Macungie Township Zoning Hearing Board sided with David Jaindl and the township commissioners this week when it rejected claims that residents were not given enough notice about zoning changes that would enable Jaindl to develop more than 600 acres of farmland. The commissioners said they were trying to prevent Jaindl from constructing a quarry on the land.
