Emmaus High Classmates Forever
Class of 1957 celebrates 55th reunion with picnic at Macungie Memorial Park.
They closed their last high school textbook in 1957.
From there, life took them in many directions, but every five years they have come together -- as many classes do -- to reminisce, catch up and even look to the future.
Most recently, the Emmaus High School Class of 1957 enjoyed a picnic reunion Sept. 8 in Macungie Memorial Park. This class was the second to graduate from the "new" high school, the one that continues to graduate classes from 500 Macungie Ave. in Emmaus.

Although a torrential downpour cut into some of the fun, the event still was enjoyed by 31 of the original 143 classmates and their spouses.
