Spring Sports Season Begins

Baseball, softball, track, lacrosse, tennis and girls' soccer are back.

The following Emmaus Hornets teams will be in action this week as spring sports get under way:

Monday, March 21

Baseball: Varsity and junior varsity teams scrimmage host Perkiomen Valley at 3:30 p.m.

Tennis: Boys host East Stroudsburg South at 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, March 22

Soccer: Varsity girls host Southern Lehigh at 3 p.m. in a scrimmage

Junior Varsity girls host Southern Lehigh at 4:15 p.m. in a scrimmage

Tennis: Varsity boys host Northampton at 3:30 p.m.

Softball: Varsity travels to Palisades to scrimmage at 3:45 p.m.

Thursday, March 24

Tennis: Varsity boys travel to Nazareth for their match beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Friday, March 25

Lacrosse: Varsity boys travels to Downingtown East for their game at 4 p.m. (JV at 5:30)

Varsity girls host Parkland at 4 p.m. (JV at 5:30)

Saturday, March 26

Track: Boys and girls travel to Bethlehem Area School District Stadium for the Emery Relays at 9 a.m.

Softball: Varsity hosts Northwestern Lehigh at 10 a.m. (JV at 2 p.m.)

Lacrosse: Varsity girls travel to Central Bucks East for their game at 10 a.m. (JV at 11:30 a.m.)

Varsity boys play host to Mount Lebanon at 7 p.m.

Baseball: Varsity hosts Pocono Mountain East at 12 p.m. (JV plays host to Pocono Mountain East at 12 p.m.)

Soccer: Varsity girls play host to Dieruff at 4 p.m. (JV plays at 5:30 p.m.)
