at 7 a.m. this morning for the next five days for paving.
For the duration, the traffic signal at West End Trail/SR 100 will be placed in flash mode for this time period since no active side streets exist, according to Macungie Borough Manager Chris Boehm.
A detour route will be created as traffic will be flagged at Brookfield Drive and SR 100 at peak traffic volume periods as needed, she said, and businesses will be notified.
The second or rear entrance to the strip mall and the Turkey Hill will remain open for access to those properties, Boehm said.
The schedule for paving of the upper segment of the road has not yet been scheduled, Boehm said.
