The staff are rude, my nails looked tacky walking out (I had to fix them myself when I got home), and the owner has a nasty attitude to top it off. One girl, who seemed to be missing part of her finger, was the rudest of all (she had a snooty cynical attitude, & when she'd speak in English, it was only to correct the position of my fingers..in still..a cocky manner).

I had my nails done at Lily's nails and my cell phone was stolen. I put it on the table when the manicurist painted my nails and she sent me over to dry my nails. I realized when I left that I had left my phone on the table and went back to retrieve it. They told me they didn't find it, even though it was left on the table. They were of zero help with helping me locate or even look for my phone.
I read the other reviews..but I have only had the best experiences there...and I have been there probably 10 times!! Friendly staff and manager...very clean..nice atmosphere..great pedicures..perhaps they have new ownership since fall of 2011.
