Went to purchase an appliance, salesperson said it would do what we wanted. Took it home, set it up, and it didn't do the specific thing that we asked about. So we attempted to take it back. After saying they wouldn't take it back, they said they would with a 30% restocking charge. So we have to pay them because their salesperson lied. Beware of their policies even when it is their fault. Never shop here for anything.
