Lower Mac Man Accused of Fondling 15-Year-Old
Christopher M. Laevey was charged Jan. 24
A Lower Macungie man was charged Jan. 24 with indecent assault and corruption of minors for incidents that occurred in 2009, according to Lehigh County Court documents. The victim, a then 15-year-old, said that Laevey fondled her breasts, according to a story in The Morning Call. Christopher M. Laevey, 49, of 4704 Yorkshire Drive, was arrested by state police at Fogelsville and arraigned Jan. 28 before Magisterial District Judge Michael J. Faulkner of Upper Macungie Townsip, according to court documents. The victim, now a college student, reported the incidents last year, the story said.
