Reichenbach Oil Puts Part of its HQ on the Block

The Lower Macungie company says it would sell the whole building if it had the right offer.

Reichenbach’s Oil Co. of Lower Macungie Township said April 12 that it has put part of its warehouse and office building up for rent and would sell the entire building if a good offer were to surface. According to NAI Summit, the listing agent, the price for buying the 13,000-square-foot building is $1.15 million.  To lease, the cost would be $7 per square foot per year. About 3,000 square feet is currently empty and could be leased. The building sits on a 4.8-acre lot at 469 Schantz Road. “We had a tenant, West End Lawn and Landscape, move out,’’ said Bill Reichenbach, who with brother, Dan, are co-owners of the company that has been run by their family since 1919. “We’re not planning on selling out the whole building, but if an offer …
