Holiday Guide 2012

PHOTOS: Macungie Holiday Gingerbread Houses and More

Downtown Macungie was a good place to be Saturday if you love Christmas!

"City sidewalks, busy sidewalks dressed in holiday style. In the air there's a feeling of Christmas." -- Silver Bells There was so much going on Saturday along Main Street in Macungie during the 2012 Macungie Holiday. Anyone not in the holiday spirit yet certainly was after going from site to site. Gingerbread houses, Santa's sleigh, a Victorian giftshop and more were the backdrop of the annual treat. But it was the people who contributed the soul of the holiday spirit. Please feel free to add your photos of the event to these. The more the merrier!

Holiday Guide 2012

Macungie Holiday Enjoyed by All

In the air there actually was a feeling of Christmas.

Macunige's annual celebration -- Macungie Holiday -- was enjoyed all over town today. Above is a photo of the home of Dr. and Mrs. John Albright. Their amazing Victorian Home at 20 E. Main St was the site of a holiday gift sale. The gifts were gorgeous, and there were plenty of them, for sure. But the home itself is spectacular. Check back with Patch for more photos of Macungie Holiday...or upload some of your own right here!
