XXX movie found online involving area 17-year-old could bring charges of sexual abuse of children if others involved are caught, troopers report.
State police at Fogelsville are investigating the circumstances and those involved in a sexually explicit video that appeared online and includes a 17-year-old Lower Macungie Township girl, according to a police report. The report does not state whether the girl was a willing participant or was forced to perform sexual acts against her will, but the incident is being investigated as a case of sexual abuse of children because the girl is a juvenile. The girl's street of residence is given, but is not being reported by Patch because of the nature of the charges. Lower Macungie man is accused of harassment at township address, troopers say.
A man's alleged intended romantic advances at a Lower Macungie home brought a reaction from a woman alright, but that was in the form of a harassment accusation filed with police. An unidentified 60-year-old man rubbed the victim's back and shoulders about 5 p.m. Nov. 11 at 3041 Schoeneck Road, according to state police at Fogelsville. He then played a pornographic movie for the 22-year-old to see. She also was from Lower Macungie, but another address.

Witness turned him in, leading to his arrest outside of the store.
A 65-year-old Macungie-area man was charged Jan. 2 with leaving pornographic materieals for someone else to find on a vehicle in a Lower Macungie department store parking lot, according to police. Richard Alan Xydias placed a graphic image of adults downloaded from the Internet on a vehicle at Kohl's Department Store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., said state police at Fogelsville. Police did not say whether Xydias knew the owner of that vehicle. Police said Xydias was parked in the back of the parking lot waiting for the owner to discover the image about 9:30 a.m. They said a witness saw the occurrence and called police. The news is getting bad, we protect these kids that darn well know what they are doing, I sure did at 17, that need punishment more than protection, but yet we have people getting smacked around by spouses or bf's and gf's, and people getting harrassed by those same people and nothing more than a PFA is done, but let some teenager be stupid and post a video of themselves and we have a whole crime…   more ›
