Reply"leader who works for the BEST for our community." Really dillusional if that is what you think. LMT HUGE HUGE strain on EPSD schools, HUGE HUGE HUGE strain on our local roads, HUGE HUGE strain on Storm water, creeks, and rivers, HUGE HUGE strain on working relationship with SWCP members. thats the best for the community, come on everyone is smarter than that.

ReplyThat is what is so sad with Conrad, he could be a great leader. BUT it sounds like he just wants to be a politician. A true leader does what is best for his constituents a true politician does what is best for his political career. The fact is that if he would of not stepped in line with the rest of them it would have most likely helped his career. Now none of them have any record to run on, just over development and some sketchy deals.

ReplyYes Amend Wun, stop lobbyist, cut back on unnecessary regulations, tie bids to performance before and after, stop the ridiculous Phila Pittsburg tax drain, spend money wisely, take over the Turnpike from the corrupt group that has it, reform prevailing wage..... is that enough of a start ???

Replyanother slippery slope..... plant some corn, soybeans, anything but more traffic. yeah they will address the traffic at a local level, but they NEVER address it on a Regional level, hamilton blvd 2.0 i mean 222 bypass will be clogged along with 29/100/cedarcrest blvd/ 78/309/lehigh st./ etc. poorest bunch of planners I have ever seen. and as far as the TIF why is it always about revenue and never about quality of life. these big chains have killed small town america. keep it up we will all be speaking mandarin soon.

Really Adam, thats the best you can come up with, sure you can't find someone to rat Beitler or Higgins out for stealing someones lunch money in 3rd grade. You guys crack me up. How about you telling everyone what the 3 Kings have done that is so wonderful and has increased the quality of life in LMT...... until then give the republican / democrat fight a break. Means Nothing in local politcs unless your like Conrad and this is just a stepping stone. I have a better idea how about you call your senator up and have them switch the primary rules around so that people could be independants and have anyone vote for them. That would be much more constructive

ReplyMaybe one of the school board members can answer this but Upper Milford since having berkenheimer collect taxes saw an EIT revenue increase because we are getting what is owed to us, also it seems that the payments were accelerated and we recieved basically 14 months revenue in a 12 month period. I would imagine the same happaned with school taxes and might be part of the no tax increase. just a thought.

There spending big money, funny if they could run on the issues they wouldn't have to buy an election. and remember there not realtors they are how did they say it business professionals (sarcasm). Ashamed of what they do when they are talking to the residents and possible voters. My question is why wouldn't they say what they do for a living other than they realize that it is a conflict of interest too. Vote them out and take back your township.
