Two women and one man from Allentown charged with burglary and other offenses in connection with two daytime break-ins in Lower Macungie Township.

Two women and one man -- all from Allentown -- were charged Thursday morning with breaking into two Lower Macungie homes last week, according to court papers.

Ikeia J. White, Ashlee Elizabeth Massey and Joseph Smith— all of 413 Turner St. —were charged with burglary for their alleged roles in the Maplewood Lane and Hedgerow Drive incidents.

In the other break-in, White, Massey and Smith allegedly forced their way inside through a rear window, according to the police affidavit. An ATM card was among the items taken, and police were led to White, Massey and Smith when the stolen card was used at an ATM machine at a Sunoco Gas Station on Hamilton Boulevard, the court records say.

A search warrant for the Turner Street residence was obtained, court papers say, and the Apple Macbook, debit card and other stolen items were found. White was interviewed by police at that time and admitted her role in the break-ins, and she told police that Smith and Massey were involved, the court records say.
